In collaboration with the Brooklyn 15k, R&A Run Club is an opportunity to advance your running by learning from industry experts, testing out the latest products and shopping in one convenient place.

Free professional gait analysis: Symbio, a leading NYC Physical Therapy Clinic, will conduct individual gait analysis on our indoor running track. It's valuable information on your movement, which can help improve your performance and prevent injuries.

Test run new shoes: Try before you buy with shoes from On and Newton available to try out on our indoor track.

Run & tri workshops: Learn from industry experts in a personalized setting.
- 'Running form & technique' presented by Newton
- 'Technology & trends in running' presented by On
- 'Getting started in triathlon' presented by Pro Ironman and coach, Trav Hawkins and R&A Cycles' owner, Al Cabbad. Places in the triathlon workshop are limited. Please email events@racycles.com to book your place.

Shop with exclusive offers: We'll have a huge range of running products from Garmin, Newton and On available on the night, with exclusive offers for attendees. There'll also be representatives from each brand available, giving you access to the best advice and highest level of product knowledge.

Entry is free, with some off-street parking available adjacent to the building. Running gear is required for the gait analysis.
