The Chapman University Toyota of Orange 5K not only offers a tour of the university's picturesque campus in Orange, it also reflects the vibrancy of a school on the move. In recent years, Chapman University has grown in size and stature, adding many new facilities and earning a No. 1 ranking in student selectivity in U.S. News & World Report's guide to Western universities. Chapman University features an array of nationally accredited
academic programs and state-of-the-art facilities such as the new $41-million Marion Knott Studios, home of the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, and the currently under-construction Erin J. Lastinger Athletics Complex, which will include the 1,800-seat Ernie Chapman Stadium and the Zee Allred Aquatics Center. But for its 5,700 students, Chapman remains just the right size, with a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-1. As one of
California's preeminent private universities, Chapman continues to meet its mission by providing a personalized education of distinction.
